Dallas Marsala.

I figured since I love cooking that it's about time I start posting my favorites recipes.
Yippee.

Up first:
Dallas Marsala aka Heaven On Earth.

Nothing beats your first home cooked meal after being in military training for 7-8 months. I visited my Nana in Dallas while in training and we made and named this absolutely amazing dish together.

What is it?
It is an artichoke pasta and tilapia made in white wine and lemon with a side of garlic parmesan baguettes.
