Breakfast Sandwich Halves

If you can fry an egg... 
You're golden.

What is it?
Quick and simple breakfast
 that isn't so hard on your health. 

Est time: 10-15 minutes (if that)
Serves: 1-2

What you need:
2 pieces Wheat Toast
2 Eggs
1 Tomato, sliced
1/2 cup Spinach
Olive Oil
Mayonnaise 

Prep:
1. Pour 1tbs olive oil into frying pan (medium heat).

2. Once the pan is hot add in the tomatoes, season w/ salt & pepper to taste.

3. Remove tomatoes from pan after they have been cooked to liking.

4. Begin toasting the wheat bread.

5. In the same pan fry the 2 eggs, again seasoning to taste.

6. While eggs are cooking remove the toast, add mayo, and begin layering spinach and tomatoes.

7. Remove eggs after cooked to preference and add on top of toast.

8. Breakfast is served.
